We’re pleased to announce that Pivotal Click will be parterning with Blue Egg Communications on a redesign of the intranet for Banco Popular North America.

We’ll be starting with an extensive phase of research with BPNA’s employees. Working with a retail banking organization is always interesting, especially on an intranet, where there are some rich differences between communities of employees and the pace and dimension of their use scenarios.

Robin Wade, Blue Egg’s president, is a good friend from the conference circuit, and we’re really happy to be working with her.
